Environmental Conservation with a Long Cooperated Australian Partner

Prof. Dr. Antony O’Donnell, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Prof. Dr. Lynette Abbott, a lecturer from School of Earth and Environment, the University of Western Australia paid an official visit to Naresuan University to discuss collaborative activities, primarily focusing on our Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment. This was broadened to co-tutelle programs of staff and students as to Australia high commitment in Asia. Cooperation should be hybrid-oriented and research based which enable employment opportunities of students from the 2 universities. The 2 guests also visited Nam Nao National Park, Petchaboon Province, to explore site trial for 10 UWA students who will spend 2 weeks at Naresuan University on July 8-20, 2013 and take weekends at the national park to conduct Environmental Conservation research.
