NU to Boost Research Potential with Taiwanese Partners

A groups of academic staff in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sukhgij Ysothonsreekul,
Vice President for International Affairs, visited 3 leading institutions in Taiwan to forge a closer
linkage in collaborative research and laboratory placement opportunity for Naresuan University
students. A discussion with staff of Academic Sinica focused on Taiwan International Graduate
Program (TIGP), which broaden competent staff and students’ professional and research experiences.
Visitations at National Taipei University of Technology and National Taiwan University were made
to explore collaborative activities, emphasizing on exchange of researchers and students.

The trip took place on May 29-30, 2013 in Taiwan.
