Introduction


The program aspires to prepare top scholars in Educational Research and Evaluation to serve as

professionals in universities, research agencies, policy agencies, and schools. Doctoral students are essential partners in developing new knowledge and in preparing the next generation of educators, researchers, and evaluators.

  • Options 1.1 and 2.1 : Master’s degree or equivalent in Educational Research, Educational Measurement and Evaluation, or related areas.
  • Option 2.2 : Bachelor’s degree in Education or related areas with first-class honors.
