Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University greeted 15 Japanese students from NU partnered educational institutions; namely Aichi University (3), Iwate University (1), Kanazawa University (3), Shinshu University (5) and Soka University (3) who just touched base at the university yesterday. These Japanese students, taken care of by Thai buddies from varieties of fields and faculties, are participating in a two-week Cultural Exchange Program from August 21 to September 1, 2023 which a series of activities, facilitated by Faculty of Education, Faculty of Humanities, Division of Art and Culture Conservation, Division of Student Affairs and Division of International Affairs and Language Development, is meant for the students to learn Thai unique culture, famous cuisine, traditional sports and long-inherited handmade products besides tightening close relationships and academic/research linkages among the 5 Japanese universities.
An orientation for Japanese students and Thai buddies was arranged on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 1.00 at Suphan Kanlaya Meeting Room 3, Office of the President.
