Asst. Prof. Dr. Yuwayong Juntarawijit, Dean of Nursing, brought Prof. Dr. Kenda Crozier, Dean of the School of Health Sciences, University of East Anglia (UEA), the United Kingdom to meet with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University. Prof. Crozier serves as a visiting professor to give lectures under the theme ’NU World Class: Food and Herb for Health’ slated on November 18-19, 2023 at the Faculty of Nursing. By the time she is here, she is willing to act as a co-supervisor for research papers of nursing graduate students and staff members and understands that NU is driven towards a hub of gastronomy research for the betterment of people in the lower north of Thailand. To materialize this, Prof. Crozier is keen to connect NU to UEA and comes up with a plan of activities and area-based research forged through a formal agreement between the two universities.
