Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Padgate, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, received a group of delegates from Royal Thai Consulate General in Hong Kong led by Ms. Parichat Prapainop (Labor Section) and staff from MGM Macau who proposed to Naresuan University to introduce career opportunities available at the company based in Hong Kong. Established as MGM Grand in 1993 in the U.S., MGM Grand has branches in several major cities around the globe; one of which is located in Hong Kong with currently employed 12,000 staff members where 30% of them are non-local staff. Offering competitive welfare and supporting facilities and services in the Hong Kong branch, the post of Food and Beverage Attendant was introduced to the plenary whereas other available positions such as Thai Traditional Masseur would be inform later.
