Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University (NU), extended her warm welcome to Mr. David Zehavi, Program’s CEO from MASHAV (Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation), Israel who came to NU upon an invitation from Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment. Mr. Zehavi’s visit stemmed from the project ‘Agricultural Internship Program’, which was proposed by NU Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment and initiated by Dean Chanin Umponstira in collaboration with Kinneret Academic College (KAC), Israel. The objective of the project is to send a group of agriculture students to spend an 11-month internship period at KAC. Mr. Zehavi also spent the time NU to give introduction and nature of the program to staff and students of Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment and will take this opportunity to visit poultry farm, scientific laboratory and FoodInnopolis, a facility providing services and consultations for entrepreneurs in food manufacturing and business.
