Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University extended her warm welcome to Mr. Christopher Lubrano, CEO of Chris Lubrano Coaching, New York, U.S.A. who was invited by Faculty of Social Sciences to give lectures for staff and students of the faculty. His field of expertise is human resources development and organizational modernization for public and private sectors. The person emphasized that not only shared goal of an organization should be well placed and informed to stakeholders, getting people to change their attitudes towards any inevitable changes was equally important if not more important. As Naresuan University is gearing towards an autonomous university, an opportunity for him to assist the university in getting the community to understand organizational downsizing, lean processes and other relevant areas could be very productive.
