Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University (NU), extended her warm welcome to the delegation from Korea Institute of Toxicology (KIT), Republic of Korea led by Mr. Jeong-Doo Heo, President of KIT. This visit was made following a signing ceremony of the trilateral MOU by Korea Institute of Toxicology, Chiang Mai University, and Naresuan University to facilitate the exchange of expertise and research experience in toxicology and nonclinical safety assessment between Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Thailand. The group took this opportunity to discuss on further areas of cooperation and researchers’ development specifically with Naresuan University Center for Animal Research (NUCAR) and spent time to observe its research infrastructure, facilities, and non-clinical research and animal science laboratory.
The meeting took place on Tuesday, 4 August, 2026 at 11.30 at Supankanlaya Room, Office of the President.
