Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, President of Naresuan University (NU), extended her warm welcome to the delegation from AFS Thailand (The Thai International Educational and Cultural Exchange Foundation) headed by Ms. Wanichar Sukprasertchai, Intercultural Learning Solutions Director of AFS Intercultural Programs Thailand. The AFS team proposed to have a meeting with NU executives and representatives from Naresuan University Secondary Demonstration School (NUD) led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Skonchai Chanunan, Acting Director of NUD to introduce potential programs offered by AFS to increase learning capacity of high school students through intercultural learning, language enhancement, global citizenship education, and international exchange opportunities. Â The discussion also broadened to activities designed to help students better equip with 21st century skills to be competent enough in higher education study and their future subsequent careers.
