Naresuan University Enhances Academic Collaboration through Participation in IANCOP 2023 in the United States

From November 5 to 13, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, Acting President of Naresuan University, represented the university at the “International Academic Network Collaborations Program 2023 (IANCOP 2023).” This initiative aimed to foster academic cooperation with educational institutions and business entities in the United States. The event included high-level administrators from various Thai universities, engaging in a study tour to explore academic and business practices in the United States.

The IANCOP 2023 program seeks to support Thai university administrators in building collaborative networks with international educational institutions and business entities. The primary objectives include facilitating the exchange of management experiences among university administrators and fostering discussions with education experts. As part of the program, the delegation visited Amazon Corporate Headquarters in the United States.

During the visit, the delegation explored the Amazon Skills Center, focusing on cloud-based skill training. The center showcased the application of AI technology in managing and organizing tasks to enhance customer convenience in supermarkets, exemplified by the innovative Amazon Go concept. Additionally, the delegation had the opportunity to tour The Spheres, a diverse biophilic environment at Amazon Corporate Headquarters.

This valuable experience serves to strengthen the ties between Naresuan University and global educational and business communities. For more information on this impactful initiative, please visit: (https://www.nu.ac.th/?p=36779).
