Received by Prof. Dr. Kornkanok Ingkaninan, Vice President for Research and Innovation Development, a delegation from Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT), Taiwan led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Miao-Hsien Chuang, Department Head of Visual Communication Design, met with Naresuan University team members to discuss future cooperation between the two universities. NU Faculty of Architecture, Art and Design, by its Department of Innovative Media Design, was keen to collaboratively work with MCUT Department of Visual Communication Design in the area of joint curriculum as the two departments share similar direction for bachelor’s degree students. Additionally, given the experience of MCUT in developing 2+2 programs with international universities such as International Islamic University in Malaysia, this could effectively help assist in formalizing a similar program with NU. Prof. Ingkaninan also invited staff members from MCUT to take part in visiting professor program of NU, which this year directed towards empowering climate through green technology.
